    Absolutely. Eir systems are designed for outdoor use, honoring the roots of traditional sauna and cold plunge rituals. Both Solis and Ovalis are built with weather-resistant materials and engineered for longevity in open-air environments. While outdoor placement is ideal, we can collaborate on custom adaptations—particularly for Solis—should your space or vision call for an indoor installation.
  • Where are your products made?
    Eir is proudly based in Utah, with all design and final assembly managed locally.
  • Is copper safe for cold immersion?
    Yes. We use 100% pure copper, which is naturally antimicrobial and highly durable. It resists corrosion and develops a rich patina over time.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the system is in original condition and includes all packaging and accessories. Customized systems are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Do you offer customization?
    Yes. Each system is handcrafted and can be tailored in size, finish, or accessories to match your space and ritual needs.
