Return Eligibility:

You may return your Eir system within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.​

2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your return.

Shipping and Responsibility:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Eir is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.​
